Games Like Potrero & El Ídolo — a free football career
Hooked on Potrero's El Ídolo and want more career mode? Here's a free browser alternative: build your footballer, tap once, and live a whole career — transfers, goals, Ballon d'Ors — in a couple of minutes.
One tap — watch a whole 20-year career fly by in seconds.
A free alternative to Potrero / El Ídolo career mode
If you're after games like Potrero or El Ídolo, this career simulator runs on the same idea: pick a name, position and shirt, and the game builds your footballer and fast-forwards the whole career automatically while you watch the seasons tick by. It's completely free, runs in your browser, and needs no download or account.
It's the quick career-mode format: from debut to retirement in a couple of minutes, with a shareable card at the end. This is an independent fan-made project, not affiliated with Potrero, El Ídolo or potrerofutbol.ar.
How the speed career works
Choose your nationality and position, tap Speed Career, and watch — every season, transfer, trophy and Ballon d'Or resolves on its own, with a legend verdict at the end. Unlike starting only in a local league, here you can build a career across the whole football world. Prefer to control each transfer and steal the legends' attributes yourself? There's a full career mode too.
